It's Their Space, We Just Work Here: Youth Engagement and Empowerment

The Child, Adolescent and School Health (CASH) Conference planning committee is pleased to announce its second webinar of 2024, It's Their Space, We Just Work Here: Youth Engagement and Empowerment, on July 31st, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. NOTE: This webinar will be recorded and available for viewing until Augst 30, 2024. You must still register to access the recording.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: Refer to the "More" section at the top of this page to view current status of continuing education credit applications. You may receive credits for viewing the recording. Note that there will be verification codes provided throughout the webinar and must be included in your evaluation survey in order to receive credits, whether you attend on July 31st or watch the recording.

UPCOMING EVENTS: The in-person CASH Conference will return on August 12-13, 2025 at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing, Michigan.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. To begin your registration, click on the Register Now button, not Login. Note: You will see important information about the registration site, firewalls and other important items at the top of the registration page. Please also read that information before inputting your registration information, particularly the firewall and email items.
2. Unless you are a CASH Planning Commitee member, select the Webinar Registrant option and check the little box that appears in order to continue.
3. Complete your contact information and respond to the continuing education credit question. Ignore the question about a Connect Space account. You do not need to create an account to register.
4. On the right side of your screen, go to the Payment Option section. The system defaults to credit card. If you're paying by credit card, leave that option and click on the Process Payment box and input your credit card information to complete your registration. Click on the Registration Details box to review your registration. This acts as your receipt.
5. If you're paying by check, click on the box in Payment Options and select Pay By Invoice. The Instructions box will provide information on how your check should be made out and where it should be mailed. That information will also appear on the invoice you will receive with your emailed confirmation message. Click on the Process Payment box to complete your registration and then the Registration Details box to review your registration. Note on invoice:
   1. You will receive the invoice with the confirmation message that will be sent to the email address with which you register.
   2. Your name (or the person for whom you registered) will appear on the invoice in parentheses. The Bill To section will include your information.
   3. The payment instructions are found on the bottom of the invoice.

If you are registering a group:

• Click the Register Now button and look near the top of the page for the following option: LOOKING TO REGISER MORE THAN ONE PERSON? SWITCH TO GROUP REGISTRATION. Click on that blue Group Registration link and select Webinar Registrant or Committee/Speaker if you are a CASH Conference Planning Committee member.
• You will be prompted to enter a name and email address for the receipt.
• After entering this information, proceed as described above with completing the first person's registration.
• Then click on the "Add Another Attendee" button at the bottom to continue adding others.
  
• After submitting your group registration, the receipt email address will receive a confirmation email for the entire group registered, along with an invoice if paying by check.
• Each individual registered will also receive a confirmation email to their specified email address with only their information.

Important Note on Confirmation Emails

• If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of registering (check your spam folder too), it likely means the email address you used has a strong firewall which prevents you from receiving messages from Connect Space.
• This will also prevent you from accessing the webinar in May as you will need to enter the webinar with the address you used to register.
