It is a difficult moment to be in the helping professions. Uncertainty about the future impacts the young people with whom we work and our own ability to be at our best. In this session, we'll review strategies for resilience and connection on an individual, team, and community level. Participants will leave with a stronger sense of purpose as they navigate the unknown waters ahead.

The session will include ideas for preventatively teaching students strategies to decrease anxiety, as well as how to coach students to use strategies in the moment.
